Return Policy

In this section, you will find details about the methods and conditions for returning products purchased from Solar (Atlas Solar SRL).

Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the product or its packaging.

Products purchased remotely can be returned in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are renouncing the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product based on the order. The return of products will be at the expense of the customer (bearing transportation costs as well as direct and indirect expenses) within 14 days of receiving the product. If the returned product is in the same condition as it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all accessories and, if applicable, with intact labels), a partial refund of the amount paid by the customer will be issued, minus the aforementioned deductions. If the packaging is damaged, the customer is responsible for the diminished value of the product, and an administrative fee of up to 75% of the product’s value may be deducted to restore the product to its original state.

The following products are not eligible for return:

  1. Products that show physical alterations, dents, chips, scratches, shocks, signs of excessive use, and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., and therefore cannot be restored to a new condition.
  2. Products that have been originally sealed and cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons; once the consumer has unsealed these products, they cannot be returned.

The parcels should be sent to the following address: Str. Voinicenilor, nr.62, Târgu Mureș.

Atlas Solar SRL will refund a portion of the order’s value within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal Procedure:

Exercising the right of withdrawal

The consumer informs Atlas Solar SRL about the decision to withdraw from the contract through one of the following options: a form (Return Form). The consumer has 14 days from receiving the products to announce the return.

Obligations of Atlas Solar SRL:

Refunding the received amounts, minus transportation costs and other direct and indirect expenses.

The refund will be made via a bank transfer provided unequivocally by the consumer. The obligation to refund will be fulfilled within 14 days from receiving the products.

Obligations of the consumer:

The products should be handed over personally to Atlas Solar SRL or to an authorized person (designated courier) without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from announcing the decision to return. The consumer bears the costs of return.


Damaging the products or rendering them unsellable will result in the refusal of the return.

Due to the large size and complexity of these equipment, return transportation costs can be significant. Additionally, the products must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in perfect condition. Any damage to the original packaging may result in an administrative fee deducted from the refunded amount.

Any returns require prior authorization from Atlas Solar SRL. This may involve a detailed discussion about the reasons for the return and possible alternative solutions.

Returning playground equipment entails a great responsibility regarding transport safety. If the product is not properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation and arrives damaged, we will be unable to accept the return.

We reserve the right to refuse product returns if we consider the intention to return as abusive or unjustified, according to applicable legislation.

For products purchased as part of special promotions, limited offers, or clearance sales, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.

Our goal is to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase from us. Therefore, before making any purchase, we encourage you to discuss with one of our sales representatives to ensure that the specific product is the most suitable for your needs.

Any damage to the original packaging that renders the product unsellable automatically triggers a return procedure subject to administrative fees for restoring the products to their original condition. The fees range from 0 to 75% of the initial value of the product. The amount of the administrative fee will be communicated to the customer upon receiving the damaged/modified products.
